This is one of the best presented student houses I have seen with generous communal areas to include a kitchen dining room and a good size communal living room. The house is situated within striking distance of Bath Spa university Locksbrook campus, Bath Spa university in Corston and the University of Bath in Claverton Down all with regular bus service, Bath city center is about a mile away.

On the ground floor are two bedrooms, the communal living room and a good kitchen dining room, on the first floor are four more bedrooms and two show rooms.

Outside is a small courtyard garden with pedestrian access, beyond the back of the house is an park leading to the river with a path to the city center about a mile away.
